Living in a small town you just believe that’s all there is in the world, like everywhere outside your little town is the same; people dress the same, people talk the same and people even do the same things for fun, truth is it’s not. When I moved to the city to study fashion (no not the making of clothes but the styling and marketing of clothes) after school I learnt that there is a much more fun and exciting world outside a little town. It was a lifestyle that just took my breath away, it was a lifestyle of glam, of determination, of living like you Carrie Bradshaw.
I kept on looking for some guidelines on how I could get this city lifestyle so I can become this city girl that I idealised so much, but I couldn’t find one, so I decided to do it myself. Welcome to My personal city girls guide for a small town girl.
